How to book

Booking your Whitsunday bareboat charter with Whitsunday Rent A Yacht is simple – and can be completed in five easy steps.

STEP 1. Decide on your holiday dates, and on your preferred vessel.
STEP 2. Call 1800 075 000 (toll free within Australia) or email to discuss your charter needs, vessel rates and availability.
STEP 3. Decide on your special extras and optional inclusions.
STEP 4. Complete and return a booking request form.
STEP 5. On confirmation of your booking, complete and return a charterer’s details form.

Booking details

Deposit:
To secure your vessel, a $750 deposit is required within 14 days of booking.

Charter fees:
To be paid in full 60 days prior to departure.

Cancellation:
Charter fees will be refunded in full for cancellations made more than 60 days prior to departure, however a cancellation fee of $100 will be applied. 

Charter fees will not be refunded for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to departure, unless a substitute booking is made. 

All charter cancellations must be received in writing.
