Briefer, Mike DickerHow I found WRAY
My wife Nancy and I sailed into Shute Harbour on our catamaran Stormbird in 2007. We fell in love with the Whitsundays and have been here ever since. It's a spectacular place to live and work. |

Operations co-ordinator, Yvonne HolmesBest Whitsunday experience
Sometimes the migrating humpback whales swim into the passage at Shute Harbour and, from my office at the end of the jetty, I can see them breaching – it’s quite a spectacular sight! |

Head mechanic, Steve MillerCharterer's tip
Keep everything onboard charged as TV, inverters, lights, fridges, freezers and water supply are all powered by 12 volts and a bank of batteries is provided. Turn things off when not in use to conserve power. |

Sales and reservations representative, Lynne RobinsonHow I found WRAY
My partner Peter and I moved to the Whitsundays to start a joy flight business in late 2006. I met someone from WRAY at a Christmas party who told me about a job in sales and within a few weeks I was working at WRAY. |

Operations manager, Bryan WhelanBest Whitsunday experience
Sailing and diving around the eastern side of Deloraine Island, one of the more isolated islands in the Whitsundays. With its crystal clear waters, variety of corals and vast array of fish life, it’s pure paradise for scuba diving and snorkelling. |
