Cleaning supervisor Bruce Lamshed has an eye for detail and a self-confessed fastidious nature! "I take pride in the fact that when our customer feedback forms come back, cleaning is rarely rated anything but ‘excellent’," says Bruce, who came to the Whitsundays for a holiday many years ago and has never left.
