Running out of food, forgetting the basics, or having to put up with unappetising meals can spoil the most idyllic holiday.

When it comes to stocking your charter vessel with food and beverages, you can shop yourself, but do remember boat galleys are unique. They have limited space, fridges are small and cupboards are few - so you need to be smart about the provisions you take and how you use them.
