Cruise guides and crewed charters

Learn to sail, or sit back and relax!

Our cruise guides can accompany you and show you the sights for as long as you wish, or our skippered charters leave you with nothing more to do than soak up the Whitsunday ambience! If you'd like to top up your skills with sailing tuition, we can help with that too.

Cruise guides 

All of our charterers receive a comprehensive boat and area briefing with a qualified cruise guide upon arrival at the Whitsunday Rent A Yacht jetty in Shute Harbour. If you prefer that our cruise guide accompanies you for the first several hours aboard (or more) until you are confident at sea, we can arrange this service. Professional and friendly, our guides will also show you parts of the Whitsundays only we know.
 
Cruise guides are charged at $40 per hour or $355 overnight.

Skippered yacht and power cruiser charters

If you don't wish to bareboat (skipper yourself), or simply prefer to sit back, relax and enjoy your Whitsunday adventure, then taking a skipper on your chartered vessel is the way to go. 

All of our bareboat charter vessels are available for crewed charters, but if your dream is to sail the Whitsundays on a luxury yacht or motor cruiser - choose from our elite vessels which provide sophisticated accommodation for larger groups and plenty of room for relaxed entertaining.

Whitsunday Rent A Yacht provides qualified and friendly staff. Skippers start from $355 per day (24-hour period). For total indulgence a hostess/cook can be arranged.
